Who we are
This website is operated by Gabriele Zanotti, classical guitarist and teacher. For any question about this policy or your data, you can reach me at gabriele.guitarist@gmail.com.
What information we collect
When you fill in a form on the Contact page (Trial Lesson Request or Business Inquiry), we collect the information you enter: your name and surname, your email address, and anything else you choose to write, such as your current level, what you would like to work on, preferred days and time, your message, phone number, or brand and organization name.
We do not collect any other personal data through this site, and we do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Why we collect it
We use this information only to reply to your message, arrange your free trial lesson, or discuss your business proposal. The legal basis for this processing is your consent, given when you submit the form.
How we store it
Form submissions are stored in this website’s database, hosted by Hostinger. Only Gabriele Zanotti has access to this information. It is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Embedded content
Some pages on this site (for example, About Me) include embedded YouTube videos. When you view or play one of these videos, YouTube may set its own cookies and collect data about your visit, according to its own privacy policy.
How long we keep your data
[To confirm before publishing: how long should form entries be kept? A common default is to delete entries within 12 months of your last contact with that person, unless you become their student, in which case you may keep the information for as long as you work together.]
Your rights
If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, and to object to or restrict how it is used. To exercise any of these rights, contact gabriele.guitarist@gmail.com.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
