Every lesson starts the same way: we find the one thing costing you the most right now, not a list of ten small fixes. I explain why it matters, in plain terms, before I ask you to change anything, then we apply it immediately to the piece you’re working on, not just to an exercise. You leave with a short, specific plan: what to practice, how, and why.
It’s technique work tailored to the repertoire you’re playing, real guidance on musical interpretation, not just correct notes, and a private, one-on-one setting focused entirely on you.

FAQ
How soon will I see progress?
Most students notice real clarity and control within 4–6 weeks, especially in right-hand consistency and practice structure. A noticeable shift in repertoire and musicality typically shows up over 2–3 months of consistent work.
Do you give a practice plan or homework?
Yes — but I can’t practice for you. Every lesson ends with a specific plan: what to work on, in what order, for how long. The method is mine to give; the repetition is yours to put in.
How often should we meet?
Weekly works best for most intermediate students. Every two weeks can still work with a solid plan. For auditions or exams, weekly is strongly recommended.
What styles and repertoire do you teach?
Classical guitar repertoire across different periods, alongside technique and interpretation. The goal isn’t just to learn individual pieces — it’s to build the skills that let you learn future repertoire faster on your own.
I’m an adult, or I started late. Is it too late?
Not at all. Many students start — or restart — as adults. What matters is a clear method and the right feedback, not the age you started at.
Do you help with conservatory entrance exams?
Yes. We structure your work around the specific repertoire requirements and technical standards you’ll be tested on, with a realistic timeline and mock performances.
I’m already using a structured program — does it make sense to also take lessons with you?
Sure. A self-paced program is good for consistency, but it can’t adjust to what you’re excited to play right now. In a lesson, we don’t wait until you’ve “earned” the piece you love — we work on it directly, and whatever technique it needs gets built into that same piece.
Sometimes the easiest way to decide is just to try it.
